Terms of Use

By downloading or using NoAds: Sudoku ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases including individual puzzle packs and Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly, and lifetime). All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
• Lifetime Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase — it is not a subscription and does not expire.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any in-app purchase or access control mechanism

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of progress.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based (state of California, United States), without regard to conflict of law principles.
